Who we are

Our Law office was founded in 1987 in Tel-Aviv, and specialized thru the years in specific areas of Law, which enables its Lawyer staff to provide excellent Legal guidance and representation in a range of subjects.

Superior skill and good service go hand in hand. Each client is important to us as if he were our only customer. Substantial as well as lesser cases are given the most skilled attention.

We understand that we have not the capacity to attend to all demands. The connection to our office is established by mutual choice, and relies on personal relations as much as on professionalism.

For this reason most of our clientele is permanent or of the returning type, or clients brought over by existing ones. We have several “generations” of the latter. Therefore, the relationship is continuous and of long term.

We do not provide “low profile” services, as all our joint resources are invested in the best professional way. In short our clients obtain the best return to their investment.

Specializing in several areas, we provide a wide Legal umbrella for cases of  Private and Business nature,  as well as to medium-sized companies – in day-to-day  counsel on business, transactions and contracts, entrepreneurship and investments, litigation and claims, taxation and labor laws, intellectual property, shareholders and office holders controlling, etc. Our claims implementation section has made a name for itself.

Among our permanent clientele we have an airline company, a nation-wide network, computing and high-tech companies, construction contractors, as well as private clients. Some are English and French speaking enterprises, from overseas.

Past cases include disputes with institutions and big time companies. Demanding cases do not deter us; we look for stimulating cases requiring creativity, daring and innovation.

Our record includes High Court of Justice litigation against the Ministries for Defense and of the Interior, Labor Court prosecution versus the Israel Defense Forces, the Tel-Aviv University, one of the best established personnel companies, a leading communications concern, and financial prosecutions against banks, concerns in the foodstuff industry, aviation and in communications.

In our brainstorming sessions, each of our Law staff contributes her or his expertise and knowledge on the case at hand so that it is dealt with in the most appropriate manner. As a result of our experience on both sides of the fence we can adjust all activities to the client’s interests.
